Harvest Limousine requires a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be charged automaticaly on the credit card in file 2-3 days prior event.
Customer will receive a invoice for each reservation to review all information for accuracy. Customer must sign the invoice and return fax or email it back to us within next 48 hour to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation requires 14 days prior notice to avoid a 100% full charge.
We provide service based on the information printed on the signed invoice. Additional charge applies for additional service if appicable such as overtime/extra hour(s), extra passenger(s), travel to outside the DC metro area.
Request for extending time of service is based on availability and our approval.
Credit card hoder is resposibele for any damages to the vehicle if caused by any member of party during service time.
Client understand that A $300.00-$500.00 will be charged on the credit card in file if any member of party is smoking in the vehicle.
Harvest Limousine is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles.
